  • "Goods" refers to the items offered for sale on the Service.

  • "Orders" means a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.

  • "Service" refers to the Website.

  • "Website" refers to Rust & Thyme, accessible from rustandthyme.co.uk.

  • "You" means the individual accessing the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

 

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Rust & Thyme. The following terms and conditions constitute our Shipping Policy.

 

Domestic Shipping Policy

 

Shipment processing times

All Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

N.B. Whilst Orders are processed within 2-3 business days, all Goods are made-to-order with a lead time of 2-3 weeks. Goods will be despatched promptly once fabrication and quality assurance is complete. 

 

If We are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of Your Order, We will contact You via email or telephone.

 

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for Your Orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

 

  • Shipping method: Local delivery via our own driver (within 25 miles of Framlingham, Suffolk, IP13 9PT)
    Shipment cost: Free (subject to a minimum order of £125)

 

  • Shipping method: Standard delivery to UK mainland
    Shipment cost: Shipping costs are based on weight and length. Shipping can be expensive for items longer than 1.2 metres (lawn edging and step risers). Please feel free to contact us before you place an order for a bespoke shipping quote.

Overnight delivery and other types of special delivery can be arranged for certain Orders. Please contact us prior to ordering with your request and we will notify you of any additional charges.

Unfortunately, we cannot ship our Goods outside of the UK mainland at the present time.

 

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

 

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email once Your Order has shipped containing your tracking number(s) where applicable. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

 

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Rust & Thyme is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to Your Order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Damages

Rust & Thyme is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping, unless delivered by our own driver. If You received Your Order damaged, please contact us as soon as possible so we can rectify the situation and/or contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

 

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods so we can inspect them before filing a claim.
